Plaintiffs Devi Khoday (“Khoday”) and Danise Townsend (“Townsend”) seek to bring this action on behalf of a class against Symantec Corp. (“Symantec”) and Digital River, Inc. (“Digital River”). Plaintiffs accuse Symantec and Digital River of selling an unnecessary product *1008through the use of false and misleading information.
