Plaintiff appeals a judgment dismissing his claims for, among other things, diversion of a corporate opportunity and minority shareholder oppression by defendant Terry Greenman, the president, sole director, and majority shareholder of Brockamp & Jaeger, Inc. (BJI). Plaintiff argues that the trial court erred in dismissing those claims and in failing to award plaintiff punitive damages. On de novo review, we affirm.
