Classified Insurance Company, Inc. appeals from an order dismissing its amended complaint for indemnification/contribution against Budget Rent-A-Car of Wisconsin, Inc. and Budget Rent-A-Car Systems, Inc. (Budget) due to Classified's having paid its insured, Joy Leamon Rodee, $30,000 for an uninsured motorist claim.
