This is a review of a court of appeals' decision1 which affirmed the judgment of the circuit court for Oneida County, the Honorable Robert E. Kinney, presiding. The circuit court granted General Casualty Company of Wisconsin's motion for summary judgment and declaratory relief, dismissing the Keanes' complaint with prejudice.
