In this interlocutory appeal pursuant to section 16-12-102(2), 6 CRS. (2000),1 the People seek reversal of the trial court's suppression of statements made by Defendant to police during two interviews on February 4, 2000 and one interview on February 5, 2000. With respect to the first and second interviews on February 4, 2000, the trial court ruled that although Defendant voluntarily waived her rights under Miranda v.
