These are cross-appeals in a mandamus, injunctive and declaratory relief action by plaintiff Union and certain individual plaintiffs on the one hand and defendant Los Angeles County and certain of its officials on the other 1 from a judgment declaring invalid one of the actions which occurred upon the conclusion of the county social workers strike in June 1966, and upholding the validity of another.
