This attorney discipline case arose out of a petition filed by the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility against respondent Kenneth M. Holker alleging numerous violations of the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct and the Minnesota Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility (RLPR).
