The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility served and filed a petition 1 for discipline in January 2009 alleging that respondent Gregory J. Rebeau failed to timely file and pay employer withholding taxes, committed trust account violations, engaged in other acts of dishonesty and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, misrepresented his licensure as an attorney in Florida, and failed to cooperate with the Director’s office.
