Lila T. Gavin (“Plaintiff’) brought this long-running putative class action against Defendants AT&T Corp. (“AT&T”) and Georgeson Shareholder Communications, Inc. (“Georgeson”) (collectively “Defendants”), alleging fraud claims in connection with a notice sent to AT&T’s shareholders following a merger. (R. 1, Not. of Removal, Ex. 5, First Amend. Compl.
