Teresa Nina Western (defendant) was arrested while dancing partially clothed in a Scottsdale night club. She was convicted of violating Scottsdale Revised Code (S.R.C.) § 16-242 (1987). 1 Her appeal to the Maricopa County Superior Court was denied. State v.
