¶ 1 Plaintiffs appeal from the trial court’s dismissal of their negligence suit against defendant (SRP) based on plaintiffs’ failure to bring suit against a public entity 1 within one year. See Ariz.Rev.Stat. Ann. section (A.R.S. §) 12-821 (the statute of limitations).
