OPINION

PELANDER, Judge.

¶ 1 The Pima County Superior Court (superior court) granted petitioner/appellee the state’s petition for special action and reversed a Tucson City Court magistrate’s order that had compelled a purported victim of indecent exposure to submit to a defense interview. The superior court concluded that indecent exposure is a “sexual offense” and, therefore, that it qualifies as a “criminal offense” under A.R.S. §§ 13-4401(6) and 13-4433(A) for victims’ rights purposes.
