MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETZENDANNER, District Judge:
This action under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and Sections 3, 4, 7, and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2, 14, 15, 18, and 26, respectively, is before the court on the motions of defendant Illinois Tool Works (ITW) for summary judgment and for sanctions under Rule 11. The complaint arises out of allegedly anticompetitive conduct on the part of ITW in monopolizing the market for plastic multi-pack can carriers and in excluding plaintiffs GripPak, Inc., Michael Kovac, and Ernest Cunningham from entering the market.
