Plaintiff, ID Security Systems Canada, Inc. (“ID Security”), brought this federal antitrust and state law action against Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (“Checkpoint”) in connection with Checkpoint’s alleged interference in a supply agreement between ID Security and Tokai Electronics, Ltd. (“Tokai”).
