Plaintiffs sought declaratory relief and a money judgment against defendant. Defendant filed an answer and a cross-complaint seeking declaratory relief and a money judgment against plaintiffs. The complaint was in five counts. The cross-complaint was in four counts. The cause was tried by the court sitting without a jury and most of the issues were decided in favor of defendant. A judgment was entered on September 19, 1939, and thereafter, on September 22, 1939, a second judgment, denominated “Corrected Judgment,” was entered.
