Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of non-suit in an action for declaratory relief, an accounting, and other equitable relief, based upon an alleged oral agreement whereby plaintiff and defendants formed a partnership or joint venture for the purpose of purchasing, exploiting and reselling certain real property.
