OPINION OF THE COURT ON REMAND

De GIULIO, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, a general court-martial composed of officer members found appellant guilty of four specifications of sodomy and one specification of indecent acts with a child under the age of sixteen. On 18 June 1986, he was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and confinement for one year. On 5 October 1987, this court affirmed the findings and the sentence.1 United States v.
