This is an action under ORS 659.425(1) (1995), which prohibits discrimination, based on disability, with respect to hiring, firing, and other “terms, conditions and privileges” of employment. 1 Plaintiff, who is HIV-positive, filed this action against her former employers, alleging that defendants 2 had violated ORS 659.425(1) by telling her that a customer had complained about her HIV condition and that business would suffer if she continued in their employ.
