EDELSTEIN, District Judge:

Plaintiffs move this Court to reconsider this Court’s April 10,1996, Memorandum and Order, in which this Court denied plaintiffs’ motion to extend plaintiffs’ time to file a response to defendants’ various motions to dismiss and which denied with prejudice the application of plaintiffs’ attorneys, Aldo E. Botti (“Botti”), Peter M. DeLongis (“DeLongis”), and Ronald D. Menna (“Menna”) (collectively “plaintiffs’ counsel” or “plaintiffs’ attorneys”), for admission pro hac vice.
