OPINION

DRUKE, Chief Judge.

A jury found appellant guilty of one count of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor (DUI) on a suspended or revoked license and one count of aggravated DUI with a blood alcohol content of .10 or greater on a suspended or revoked license. A.R.S. §§ 28-692(A)(l), (2) and 28-697(A)(l). The trial court placed appellant on probation for three years and, as a condition of probation, ordered him to serve four months in prison, as required by § 28-697(E). 1 As an additional condition of probation, the court ordered the defendant to serve twelve months…
