This is a proceeding to review a ballot title prepared by the District Attorney of Multnomah Connty for a proposed initiative ordinance repealing an excise *309tax on employers levied by the board of directors of the Tri-Connty Metropolitan Transportation District and restricting the board’s taxing powers.

The initial question is whether jurisdiction to review the proposed ballot title is vested in this court or in the circuit court for Multnomah County. We think the legislature intended the review to be in the Supreme Court.
