The defendants, Antone Souza, Sr., and Dorothy Souza, appeal from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiffs, Robert Schirmer and Sandra Schirmer, on their claim of unjust enrichment arising out of renovations to a house on property owned by the defendants.
