OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, United Service Protection Corporation ("USPC"), appeals from a decision of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying its motion to stay proceedings pending arbitration. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
{¶ 2} On November 30, 2005, plaintiffs-appellees, Steve and Amy Khoury, husband and wife, filed a complaint against USPC and defendant-appellee, Denney Motors Associates, Inc. ("Denney Motors").
