OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Harold Zweifel, Sr. ("appellant"), appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court, whereby the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Williams Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. ("appellee"), and ordered appellant and his attorney to pay appellee's attorney fees.
