OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Bethel Village Condominium Association, Inc., appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which denied appellant's motions to compel arbitration and to stay court proceedings pending arbitration.

{¶ 2} In 2005, plaintiff-appellee, Kelley A. Reno, purchased a unit in a condominium development that appellant manages.
