A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone convicted Appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of dereliction of duty, violation of a lawful general regulation, filing a fraudulent reimbursement claim, and wrongful possession of United States Air Force Security Police credentials to the prejudice of good order and discipline, in violation of Articles 92, 132, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 932, 934 (2000).
