SULLIVAN, Judge:

On February 3, 1993, appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial at Fort Clayton, Panama. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of wrongful disposition of military property, sodomy, committing indecent acts with children (3 specifications), and taking indecent liberties with a child, in violation of Articles 108, 125, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 908, 925, and 934, respectively.
