Judge BAKER delivered the opinion of the Court.

Appellant was tried by a military judge sitting as a special court-martial. Appellant pleaded guilty to disobeying a general order and larceny, in violation of Articles 92 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 921 (2000). The military judge found Appellant guilty of the orders offense, and with respect to the charged larceny, found Appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of wrongful appropriation.
