This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a judgment entered upon failure of plaintiffs to further amend after demurrers to their amended complaint were sustained with leave to amend.

Plaintiffs, under the liberal provisions of section 378 of the Code of Civil Procedure as amended in 1927, joined as plaintiffs in this action and each separately cast her complaint in two separate counts or causes of action. For the purpose of this decision the two sets of causes may be deemed identical in form and substance, and but one set need be considered. The first and third causes allege…
