This sex discrimination action is brought by Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission [hereinafter EEOC] under § 706(f)(1) and (3) and (g) of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
