MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff, Calvert Tso, by and through his attorney of record, Richard R. Marquez, filed a Complaint to Determine Dis-chargeability of Debts (“Complaint”) against Defendant, Andres Nevarez, asserting that certain damages suffered by Plaintiff as a result of a motor vehicle collision in which Defendant was the driver are non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) as arising from Defendant’s willful, malicious injury to Plaintiff.
