THIS MATTER is before the Court following a trial on the merits of this adversary proceeding to determine the dis-chargeability of certain debt owing to Plaintiff Sonny Penix (“Plaintiff’ or Mr. Penix) that arose during the course of an oral agreement between Defendant Ruben Parra (“Defendant” or Mr. Parra) and Mr. Penix regarding the sale of used vehicles on consignment.
