PARKER, J., pro tem.

By this action plaintiff seeks to recover damages from the defendants arising out of the breach of a contract between plaintiff and defendant Lillian Gish. The claim against the defendants, other than Gish, is on the grounds that they and each of them, acting individually and in concert with defendant Gish, wrongfully caused and brought about the breach complained of. The cause was tried by jury and at the conclusion of the trial the court directed a verdict in favor of all of the defendants. Such a verdict was returned and judgment entered thereon.
