OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

This appeal arises from a mechanic’s lien action. Appellant property owner appeals from a judgment, an amended judgment, and an order denying its motion for a new trial. The trial court allowed the subcon tractor to foreclose on its lien claim, then denied property owner’s motion for a new trial. The appellant contends (1) the record does not support the trial court’s findings that the lien statement was timely filed and the lien foreclosure action was timely commenced; (2) the trial court improperly denied the contractor’s setoff claim; (3) the trial court’s findings…
