Peterson, Justice.
The trustees of a trust known as Great Northern Iron Ore Properties petitioned the district court for instructions as to their powers and duties with respect to the conversion of the assets of the trust to cash. The trust instrument directs that upon termination of the trust the trustees shall convey all remaining money to the beneficiaries and convey all other property back to the settlor or to its successor.
