THE COURT.
An action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by defendant’s negligence.
The suit arose out of a collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff and a truck driven by defendant’s servant. At about 8 o’clock A. M. on October 30, 1931, the plaintiff was driving east along Harrison Street in San Francisco. As he approached its intersection with Sixth Street defendant’s truck also neared the intersection from the north along the latter street.
