On December 13, 2002, the Court issued an Order (Dkt.# 88) which granted in part and denied in part the motion to dismiss of The Boeing Company. The Order granted the motion to dismiss as to plaintiffs’ claims for: (1) violation of the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act; (2) violation of the Oklahoma Equal Pay Act; (3) breach of contract under Executive Order 11246; (4) breach of contract under section 301 of the National Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA § 301”); and (5) negligent supervision.1 Dkt. # 88, at 10.
