The respondents brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the respondent Mollie K. Cole in a collision be tween an automobile driven by tbe respondent W. B. Cole • and an automobile driven by the appellant, Schaub. The cause was tried to the court with a jury, and a verdict was returned in favor of the respondents in the sum of $7,500. Motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial were overruled, and judgment was entered on the verdict. From the judgment, this appeal was prosecuted.
