Plaintiff, an inmate proceeding pro se, brings this lawsuit in order to obtain access to certain documents under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, from Defendants Federal Bureau of Inves tigation, United States Department of Justice (Office of Information and Privacy), and United States of America.
