GESNER, United States Magistrate Judge.

Plaintiff, Barbara Jaudon, brought this action against her former employer, Elder Health, Inc., and its agents, for alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and for various alleged violations of state law. Plaintiff claims, inter alia, that Elder Health unlawfully subjected her to sexual harassment and then fired her in retaliation for her complaints about the sexual harassment.
