MEMORANDUM
DAVIS, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff, Rita M. Church (“Church”), instituted this employment discrimination suit against her former employer, the State of Maryland (“the State”), where she worked for three years as a correctional officer, alleging hostile work environment/sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
