MEMORANDUM OPINION

ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, JR., District Judge.

Plaintiffs Abdul K. Tawwaab (“Tawwaab”) and Kenneth E. Carter (“Carter”) bring this action against Defendants Virginia Linen Services, Inc. (“VLS”), Lee Gwaltney (“Gwaltney”), and Charles Miller (“Miller”) alleging discrimination on the basis of race and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e (“Title VII”) and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
