OPINION

2Per curiam

The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed three petitions for disciplinary action against respondent Harvey N. Jones alleging numerous violations of the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct. The petitions alleged that Jones misappropriated client and non-client funds, failed to keep trust account records, and failed to cooperate with a disciplinary investigation. After an evi-dentiary hearing, the referee we appointed found that Jones had committed the professional misconduct alleged in the petition and recommended that Jones be disbarred. We hold that…
