MARTIN, Judge.
By forty-two assignments of error brought forward on appeal, defendant contends that the trial court made numerous errors at his trial. He presents a number of the court’s evidentiary rulings for our review. In addition, he asserts error in the denial of his motions to dismiss the charge, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction. He also contends that G.S. 14-27.3(a)(2) is unconstitutional, both on its face and as applied to him. Finally, he asks us to find error in the sentence imposed by the trial court.
