{¶ 1} Respondent, Richard Todd Ricketts of Pickerington, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0033538, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1986.

{¶ 2} Relator, Disciplinary Counsel, filed a complaint alleging that respondent had improperly executed, and later released, a mortgage on behalf of a client.
