This is a combined appeal 1 from the judgments of the trial court in four cases which involve requests for the dissolution of a corporation, for the winding up and dissolution of a limited partnership and for the discharge of two notices of lis pendens. The briefs of the parties being silent on the matter of the judgments in the third and fourth cases which discharged the notices of lis pendens, we find no error in those two cases. The plaintiffs in the first and second cases are Benjamin Brieklin and Rebecca Golub. The remaining parties are defendants in one or both of the first two cases.…
