ROSS, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from the district court’s order denying a motion for severance of *164defendant Spencer Foods, Inc., from this antitrust action and to disqualify Meat Price Investigators Association’s (MPIA) attorneys, Lex Hawkins and John A. Co-chrane, their law firms and associates, from prosecuting this or any similar action against Spencer Foods. We affirm.
