OAKES, Circuit Judge:

We are called upon once again, as we have been in several recent cases,1 to review an order of disqualification of counsel for breach of Canons 4 and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility (Code).2 This case presents yet another variation of the case posited when a lawyer is retained as *130counsel in a suit against his former client.
