MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD J. LEON, District Judge.
Miroslav and Veselin Ivanov (“plaintiffs” or “Ivanovs”) have sued Sunset Pools Management, Inc. (“Sunset”) and International Training and Exchange, Incorporated (“Intrax”) (“defendants”), alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(2)(C), and common law claims of fraud and civil conspiracy. 1 Before the Court are the parties’ motions for summary judgment.
