I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the court on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and plaintiff Patricia McKinney’s cross-motion for partial summary judgment. The plaintiffs, Patricia McKinney and Darryl Robinson, were employed as the Primary Managers of self-storage facilities owned and operated by the defendants.
